Money Back Guarantee if product arrives damages.

We are proud to offer a Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases. If you purchase a product and it arrives damaged, you have 2 weeks to arrange a return. Customers wishing to exercise their 2 week Money Back Guarantee need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging. To arrange a return please submit a request with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you details on where to send the returned item/s. Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund will immediately appear on your statement.
