1/4 cup Zen Basil Seeds

2 tablespoons nut butter of choice

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ frozen banana

1 cup almond milk

2 Tbsp Zen Basil Seeds

½ cup water

2 cups milk of your choice

1 serving of yogurt

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 Tbsp monk fruit

½ cup ice

½ banana 

1 Tbsp almonds

1 Tbsp chocolate syrup (sugar free)


Process:

1 cup of spinach

1 Apple
